As women we are blessed by being wives, mothers, sisters and daughters. We seek to glorify God through our families, our occupations, our pastimes and our lifestyles as fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
Daybreak Women's Focus is dedicated to serving the Lord by developing spiritually mature women in all ages and seasons of their lives. We provide opportunities for women to join in fellowship, service, Bible study We strive to constantly provide the opportunity to become a new creation as each individual accepts the gift of salvation given to each of us through the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Christians, we are part of the body of believers and, as women, we have specific places of service within the church body. Out of Christ's love, God gives us the power to serve and support our families, each other, our community and the world. We are committed to spiritual development through regular study of the Word of God, given through the Bible. This is accomplished through Bible studies such as Survival Kit Discipleship, Mommy and Me Bible Study, and Becoming A Women of Excellence Bible Study. Our desire to see every woman involved to become a mature disciples of Christ. We share Christ with our community and the world, specifically with other women and families in need. We do this by collecting clothing for the needy and through other outreach events. The Women's Focus has chosen to do all things under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through prayer and supplication. We submit to God and to the overseeing leaders in our church. |
